Privacy Notice
Projoryx validation test · Version 1, 2 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data described here is Emanuele Roccella. You can contact us about privacy at projoryx.eu@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
When you request a sample, we store:
- your company name, company website and work email address;
- the countries / territories and product categories you selected, and the optional free text you typed;
- whether you confirmed that you read this notice, and whether you opted in to beta updates;
- campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) if they were present in the link you arrived from;
- the date and time of your request and an internal status label (for example “new”);
- if you click “I would try the beta at €149/month”, a record linked to your request saying that you are interested at the planned price. This is not a purchase and no payment is involved.
We do not collect payment details, and we do not store your IP address, browser fingerprint or advertising identifiers in our database. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing pixels. Our hosting provider may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in server logs as part of delivering the website.
3. Why we use it
- To prepare and send the sample you requested, and to send one confirmation email if email sending is enabled. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to the business enquiry you submitted (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to the privacy contact above.
- To measure interest in a possible paid beta, including the optional €149/month interest click. This is used only to decide whether to build the product.
- To send occasional beta updates, only if you ticked the optional box. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to the privacy contact above. We do not send marketing to anyone who did not opt in.
- To count visits and clicks in aggregate using Vercel Web Analytics. We record only four anonymous events (sample report opened, request button clicked, request form submitted, beta interest clicked). These events contain no name, email or company data.
4. Who processes data for us
- Supabase — database that stores your request.
- Vercel — website hosting and Web Analytics.
- Resend — sends the confirmation email, only if the controller has enabled it.
Our primary database is hosted in: West Europe (London), United Kingdom. The United Kingdom benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, which allows personal data to be transferred there without additional safeguards. If a provider or its sub-processors process data in other countries outside the European Economic Area, we expect that processing to rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep request data for 12 months, then delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to projoryx.eu@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies. It uses your browser's temporary session storage to remember campaign tags from the link you arrived on and to link the thank-you page to the request you just made. This storage is cleared when you close the tab or browser.
8. Changes
We may update this notice during the validation test. The date at the top shows the current version.
